Holiday Inn Club has resorts through out mainland USA.  Click the above link for access to their website to view the resorts. Each resort will have different units sizes. Units may be 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom. Some resorts have Signature Collection units. These units have upgraded appliances and features.

General Bedroom configurations. Configurations will vary by resort:

  • 1 bedroom units have 1 king bed.
  • 2 bedroom units have 1 king bed and 2 twin beds
  • 3 bedroom units have 1 king bed,2 twin beds, and 1 queen bed.
  • 4 bedroom units have 1 king bed,2 rooms with 2 twin beds each, and 1 queen bed.
  • Most units have a queen sleeper sofa.

The Process

  1. Determine your desired check-in date. The check-in day may be any day of the week.
  2. Identify which Holiday Inn Club resort you wish to visit.
  3. Identify the unit size: 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom and  level: Regular or Signature.
  4. Email  us at myvacationrental123@gmail.com. Note the desired check-in date, unit size and unit level.  Within 3 days we'll check on the availbility of your request and email you back the results. If available, we'll note the cost of the reservation.  The cost of the units is based on points which is determined by resort, unit size, time of season, and number of nights.  Your cost is 150%  of our cost for the required points.
  5. If your request is available, you'll have 2 days to accept the request and make a $300 non-refundable deposit via Zelle or Venmo. Once received, we'll complete the reservation with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. 
  6. Once HICV emails us the reservation with your name(s), we will forward the reservation to you. 
  7. 90 days prior to the check-in date, you'll be required to pay the balance via Zelle of Venmo.  We will send a notification of the balance due. You'll have 5 days to make payment.
  8. As your check-in date approaches, HICV will email you additional information regarding the reservation and check-in process. 

Cancellations

If you cancel 30+  days of your check-in date, we'll refund the amount paid less the $300 non-refundable deposit via Zelle or Venmo. If you are able to find someone to assume the reservation, we will update the reservation with the new names at no-charge.
